was reading how parents should talk to their kids about sex on Health Promotion Board website.
advice: Relax and do not be openly embarrassed or negative - your attitude will influence your child and sex becomes a taboo topic.
my mum totally failed on sex education for her kids, she shun topics on sex which caused me to be so ignorant that up to seconday 2 i thought women could get pregnant from kissing.

my meals today consisted of high sugar, high salt, high fat and less-to-no vegetables, unfortunately. Health Promotion Board's recommendations kind of fell on deaf ears.
had bread with jam and butter, and milk for breakfast--no vegetables, high sugar and high fat.
lunch with chu at ippudo. had ramen--little vegetables, lots of oil and fatty pork, and salty soup.
had dinner with chu, jelly and zhi. it's roti prata, masala thosai, murtabak, paper prata and teh tarik!--high fat, no vegetables, lots of sugar.
what more can i ask for? i have such a marvellous body which is able to tolerate all the toxin i feed it... think it's appropriate that i thank god for this gift :D

worked full shift today... so what awaits at the end of the day? housekeeping...
was checking the brochure shelves and telling my colleague which ones needed to be refilled. i would show him the brochure and tell him how thick of a stack i wanted.
showed him the one with footballers photo on it (it is about World Cup channel) and told him i needed 1 inch thick. he looked at the brochure for quite some time and when he finally looked up back at me, he said 'u showed me something full of men pictures and told me u want 1 inch thick.' and i just realised my mistake. OH PLEASE! DON'T GET HORNY WHEN U ARE WORKING!
replied him 'oh yes, it has to be 1 inch thick and 10 inches long!'
SURVIVED 6 CONSECUTIVE WORKING DAYS WITH 2 FULL SHIFT! 3 CHEERS FOR ME!!!

went out with chu and jelly! our first stop was to a hong kong cafe at joo chiat. with me as the navigator, we got lost. took the wrong bus, alighted at a bus-stop we didn't intend to. HAHA! pro me XD
finally got to the restaurant. god, we were hungry! ordered tons of food~~~ (to be continued, super lazy to type)

haven't been blogging recently. think personal time is really scarce nowadays. and I MISS GOING OUT WITH FRIENDS~~~~!!! JOJO! CHU! NAT!
intended to google 'what causes sensitive teeth' because i always have 受伤的感觉 when i take cold drinks. no, the toothpaste that dentists recommend for sensitive teeth, Sensodyne, is no use!
typed 'wh' in the google search engines and the google suggestions appear. the first suggestion was so interesting that i stopped my research for my problem and went to click on the suggestion. suggestion read 'why does Indians smell'. and the 2nd link from the list of search results caught my attention--why does indians smell 'down there'? someone posted that question on a forum! LOLLLL! apparently it was a guy who started the thread. he mentioned that he has an indian girlfriend and the smell from her vagina was overwhelming and he wanted to know if it is common for indians. isn't he a jerk?
anyway, reading that smell could be due to the spices indian take and/or poor hygiene. thanks to that i started using double the amount of body foam i used to use to wash my bottom -.- think i'm getting paranoid about mine.

according to my record, 75% of my pay goes to repaying debts. sad me. the cash didn't bring me any excitement at all...

work was tough as usual. there's just too many tasks and steps. i remember one and forget the other. on top of all these, CUSTOMER SERVICE! i have been have been dreaming quite a bit recently, which to me, signifies that i am feeling some stress out of my usual threshold.
met YA and nat for a while after work! they really made my day. it's always so comforting to meet good friends, just chases all your blues away :)
YA had his head shaved. and with his thick black spectacle frame, black cap, black top, black bag, grey jeans and grey shoes, he look like a robber -.-
dear boy has memory problems. he's been leaving his stuff behind everywhere we go!
we went around looking for his file and a birthday cake for my mum... nat spotted a cheap and nice durian cake from emicakes! OMG! i must be blind to not notice it!
we left for home even before 1 hour. but i guess the length doesn't matter. the company and the quality matters most. hope we can all go out again :)

mum's birthday on friday and dad's on saturday. she's really looking forward to having some family outing or gathering, but i was working on both days, what's more, full shift on saturday. sorry for the disappointment.
went out for supper with daryl, jojo, nat and YA. it's the last before these 2 boys go to serve the nation. while i totally love the company, i'm a little depressed that it's going to be a while before i can meet the boys again.
yes, daryl's the driver. i am here to announce that he's ok for a driver. take this from me, the survivor. think the only danger we experienced was from the sudden break he did.
went to upper serangoon for teochew porridge and selegie tau huay nearby...
would love to hang out a little longer, but i guess daryl needs to pack his stuff and get his sleep.
would miss u guys! let's go out 2 weeks later!
